For Sweet 16s and milestone 30/40/50 birthdays, the 40" numbers anchor the photo composition — guests use them as a backdrop without us building a separate installation. Stock colors are gold, rose gold, silver, and black; other finishes via special order.

We hand-deliver bouquets across the 11-city Sacramento metro service area — Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Davis, Natomas, Rocklin, and Granite Bay. Standard latex balloons hold their shape and shine for 24–48 hours indoors at typical room temperature. Foil numbers and letters last 5–7 days. For event-day delivery we recommend morning drop-off for evening events — the bouquet stays photo-ready start to finish. For Mini and Standard tiers, the bouquet stays with you — most clients keep it through the weekend for additional photo opportunities. For Premium and Statement tiers we offer optional same-week breakdown (we return within 5 days and collect everything, including foils, for proper disposal). California Penal Code 653.1 prohibits intentional outdoor balloon releases — we never release balloons, and we discourage clients from doing so.

For same-week orders or palette questions, calling is faster — Pavel and the studio team handle inquiries personally. We do not maintain a live shopping cart because every bouquet is hand-tied to order and the price varies by palette complexity, jumbo additions, and delivery zone.
