1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Balloomania website (balloomania.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Balloomania provides professional balloon decoration services in the Sacramento, California area, including custom garlands, arches, backdrops, balloon walls, bouquets, and event styling. Services are provided based on individual quotes and agreements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All prices listed on the website are starting prices and may vary based on customization, size, and event requirements.
  • Formal quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 21 days).
  • Prices are in US Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax (currently 8.75% in Sacramento County) unless otherwise stated.
  • Rush orders (less than 7 days notice) may incur additional fees.

4. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit (typically 50% of the total) is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card (Stripe) and PayPal.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the service (see Cancellation section).

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • 14+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit.
  • 7-13 days before event: 50% refund of the total (deposit forfeited).
  • Less than 7 days: No refund. You may reschedule once to a date within 30 days, subject to availability.
  • No-show: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Balloomania: Full refund including deposit. We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements.

6. Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon in advance.
  • Client is responsible for providing accurate venue access information.
  • Balloon decorations are perishable and may be affected by temperature, sunlight, and other environmental factors. We are not responsible for natural deflation after setup.
  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

7. Bubbles Rewards Program

Participation in our Bubbles Rewards loyalty and referral program is subject to the Bubbles Program Terms available in your client portal. Key points: Bubbles have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to a 15% per-order redemption cap.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Balloomania and is protected by copyright. Photos of our work may be used by Balloomania for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balloomania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Balloomania is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue access issues, or supply chain disruptions.

10. User Accounts

You may create an account to access our client portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sacramento County, California. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
